As the founder and senior clinical psychologist with over 40 years of education, teaching, consulting, training, clinical supervision, healthcare administration, and counselling-coaching services, my approach ensures the well-being of each client is personally addressed with the four pillars of sustained wellness: sleep, nutrition, movement (exercise), and cognitive/emotional intelligence (EQ).
Before a person can transition, change and master a new way of being, one must be curious and courageous to learn a new way to think.
Flourish Asia educates, restores, renews and revives the well-being habits of our clients that removes the "illness mindset" many clients hear about and or experience with counselling. Instead, our approach is to reduce the confusion and increase insight at every counselling - coaching session that rejuvenates and restores one's emotional and physical well-being. In short, our clients experience learning versus fixing in each and every session.
